If you need to “get things moving,” like REALLY moving, especially ladies, you HAVE to try this product! The instructions are clear, and you do need to drink a lot of water after taking this. If you want it to be a little thinner, then use more water as you prepare it. But OMG y’all… this really works, and it works so fast on your system, and it CLEANS your system. And unlike every other detox tea and detox powder that I’ve tried in the past, it doesn’t give you those God-awful stomach cramps and stomach pains that literally have me doubled over and nauseated when you finally need to use the restroom. I’ve had issues with having to go to the restroom and just feeling bloated all the time, but I just can’t get over the fact that when I drink this, not only were my bowels moving, but I was having a natural bowel movement. And I’m someone who is big on texture. It was a little thick but that was because I didn’t use enough water when I was mixing it. I do recommend using 100% pure apple juice, orange juice or cranberry juice and mixing/shaking the powder in a mason jar or a jar with a lid when you first use it. But overall, GREAT product!

It works! It’s a gentle cleanse and I’ve clearly lost weight. I’ve been taking it for about 5 days and even slipped some in my hubby’s smoothie. It cleans you out. He had cheese after one detox drink and immediately noticed the mucus build up in his throat. I’m on a plant based diet but am still amazed that the body can hold on to so much crap.
