Our company has established clear and concise policies to help to erase pre-purchase fears and doubts, as well as encourage customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Terms of Use & Payment Policy

All sales are final. By purchasing in our store, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. It is at the owner’s discretion on how to handle products that are lost or damaged. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using, purchasing, or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Sandrell’s Natural World, LLC shop are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to download one copy of any downloadable materials on the shop’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to recompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the shop’s web site;

Duplicating, sharing or uploading product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, and the company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The materials on the shop’s website are provided ‘as is’. Any claim relating to the shop’s website shall be governed by the laws of the shop owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Affiliate Disclosure
Another way in which I am compensated is through sales or leads generated through affiliate marketing links.
It is important for me to mention that I will never put up a link just to make money. I am extremely picky over what I chose to promote, and everything is used by myself and prayed over before making my decision to link on my website. Most of the companies I have affiliate marketing accounts with are ones that I have had before I began blogging, and have personally used myself throughout the years.

Clicking on an affiliate link and making a purchase or signing up for a service will be earning me a commission if an affiliate link is being used.
10. Payment Policy
You are responsible to pay for the Sandrell’s Natural World, LLC. product in full before receiving your product or a product download (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees), and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card or other payment methods. We do not offer a payment plan for any of our products.
In the case of a system error, you must pay for the product immediately upon discovering the error. If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.
11. Refunds Policy
It is our commitment to change people’s lives and add as much value as we can. I’m on a mission to help every woman be able to heal naturally, and/or greatly minimize her symptoms, regardless of her income.
With that said, previously, we originally had a refund policy in place but had to close it because we were getting many scams. There is no longer any refund policy in place of any kind. You agree to this when you order in our shop.
Please do not purchase unless you are sure you want the item.
Please do not purchase a product if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time, love, care, and effort into our products, and we expect you to do the same.
Our refunds policy is very clear, all buyers who create a Paypal/bank/credit card dispute for any other reason than legitimate fraudulent activity/processing error (not due to a customer error), will forfeit all rights to purchase (or acquire anything for free) in this store for life, will be blocked from being able to visit our blog and any other websites we own, and will be persecuted by the full extent of the law for damages, personal and business loss, time lost, and other applicable losses incurred.
We’ve seen a popular scam happening where a scammer will claim that they didn’t make a purchase in the shop, to get out of having paid for an item and therefore request a refund. The flow of events usually happens like this: person gets on the newsletter, gets an item free, then decides they want to make a purchase. Money comes from their bank, just before the items arrive to them, they send us notification that they “placed the order in error” and they’d like their money back. By then the item is usually on the way to them, so the scammer would get the item for free.
After selling online for years, and even being a consumer myself, it’s a little hard to believe that a person accidentally placed an item—or multiple items–in their cart, accidentally went through the entire process of entering their billing and shipping information, and accidentally hitting the “place order” button. This does not happen. If you are trying to scam us, we will take great measures to protect ourselves from your fraudulent activity and legal action will ensue as described above. Records on WooCommerce show the entire flow of which a customer orders and all information such as IP addresses and other personal information used during any of this time to protect shops from such scams. We will use all this information to prove our case in legal proceedings.
Our standard procedure is that we block you from ever being able to purchase from us again, on all platforms, we remove you from our mailing list, and we block you from ever being able to access the Sandrell’s Natural World blog again. We take crime (trying to get out of paying for something you purchased) very seriously.
We are a small shop, but an honest one, and we require that same honesty from our customers as well.
12. Technical support
Technical support is not included. You are responsible to make sure that you can open the PDF’s, files, or pictures with software on the device you are using. Our products do not work on iphones and some cell phones. We will never ask you to pay an additional fee just to open said files. If you get some sort of message such as that, it is not coming from our shop but something external on your device.
12. Discount Codes
If in the event you have a discount code, only one code is allowed in the system per order. If you are getting two things free, for example, or want to use two discount codes, you’ll need to place separate orders.
If you miss the 30 day window to download your item and it is no longer available for free, you can try to see if that product is still free, if so, use the same code and reorder in the shop. If it’s not still free and you want the item, you’ll want to pay for it.
If you paid a dollar amount for the product and need a replacement link because the 30 day window to download has expired, please contact us and we will send you a new link. We do not offer that service for free items.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
